Artist Statement
This composition contrasts the themes of trust and suspicion by using a tension-filled palette of dark violet and soft gold, set against fields of black and pale green. The layout borrows from the spiral to evoke an inward pull, emblematic of the conflict between openness and closed-mindedness. The soft light of trust manifests through gradual pulses of gold, while suspicion emerges in sharp, dark violet lines breaking the calm, creating a brilliant collision at the center that emphasizes emotional upheaval.
