Artist Statement
The emotional tone balances between explosive rage and serene calm. I chose a palette that contrasts vibrant reds with calming pale blues and stark blacks and whites, reflecting the tension between the two emotions. The layout starts from the top left corner, where explosive reds invade the calm blues, depicting a clash of sensation. Main contrast occurs diagonally, where jagged red pixels cut through smooth blue bands, creating visual and emotional interruption. The intricacies of the pattern encapsulate the seed's themes of conflict and containment, culminating in a workspace of dynamic chaos and tranquil spaces.
