Artist Statement
This artwork explores the emotional tension between fear and hope through carefully chosen colors and placements. The black and dark violet shades represent fear, creating an underlying pressure. In contrast, soft gold and pale green symbolize moments of hopeful release, represented by bright spots breaking through the darker hues. The chaotic arrangement of pixels emphasizes conflict and resolution—frequent clashes between dense patterns and sudden spaces of light convey a rhythm of emotional fluctuation. The composition follows a center_seed layout, with a focus on a small central cluster being enveloped by jagged edges and layered patterns, evoking both protection and vulnerability.
