Artist Statement
This artwork explores the emotional tension between longing and resolve, represented through a split vertical layout. The left side conveys 'longing' using a flowing rain pattern with deep teal and cosmic indigo, suggesting a depth of yearning and the weight of unresolved emotions. Meanwhile, the right side embodies 'resolve' through a dotted pattern in cold gold and star white, symbolizing clarity and determination.
