Artist Statement
The emotional tone reflects the struggle between fear and hope, represented by contrasting patterns in the pixel arrangement. The selected palette includes darkness (black and dark violet) embodying fear, while soft gold and pale green symbolize hope's light. The interaction between sharper jagged-edge patterns and the softer ones creates visual tension, with a dynamic upwards flow depicting the rising signal of hope against an overwhelming backdrop of darkness.
