Artist Statement
The emotional tone is rooted in the dynamic interplay between control and surrender. The palette, inspired by 'resilience_fragility', uses muted greens and earthy tones to encapsulate awareness and quiet strength, while the rust and gold offer moments of striking contrast indicative of struggle and brilliance. The main collision occurs at the center where dense, dark colors gather, creating a visual pressure point that gradually releases toward the edges, evoking a soft yielding. This arrangement mirrors the journey from repression toward liberation, encapsulated in the shatter and veil patterns, symbolizing the tension of the struggle between structure and fluidity.
