Artist Statement
The emotional tone balances the tension between restlessness and peace. Utilizing a palette of cosmic indigo and void black evokes depth and grounding, while the cold gold accents introduce sharp contrast and energy. This composition collides dense clusters in the top-left corner, where the restlessness peaks, and gradually dissipates through a lighter, calmer flow to the bottom-right, embodying peace. By creating a stark contrast between the heavy, unsettled area and the soft, almost empty space, the piece narrates a journey from chaotic memory to serene motion. The broken pixels reflect imperfections, emphasizing moments of disruption, as they interrupt the established patterns and lend an authentic quality to the work.
