Artist Statement
The emotional tone captures the battle between panic and control, utilizing a palette of burnt orange, dark red, charcoal, and gold to evoke warmth and tension. The outer frame exhibits structured maze patterns reflecting control, while the inner core reveals chaotic stripes symbolizing panic. The arrangement induces a feeling of collision, as controlled edges contrast sharply with fragmented inner patterns, mimicking the sensation of an empty room filled with unsteady emotions. Broken pixels ignite a sense of imperfection reflecting the flawed nature of the metaphorical arrows of betrayal and instability.
