This composition embodies the emotional tension between clarity and chaos, with the dominance of 'signal' hues emphasizing a clean, bright pulse disrupted by 'noise' shades creating static interference. The palette combines 'signal green' and 'electric blue' for clarity and vibrancy, clashing against 'static gray' and 'hot magenta' to illustrate discord.
