Artist Statement
This artwork explores the emotional tension between vulnerability and strength through an abstract arrangement. The chosen palette of pale aqua, mist gray, alarm red, ink blue, and clear white embodies a serene yet urgent contrast. The main collision occurs centrally, where the checker pattern of strength (blue and gray) meets the soft stripes of vulnerability (aqua and red). This interplay creates a feeling of exposure against a protective backdrop, with broken pixels introducing imperfection and unease, illustrating the delicate nature of the balance being disrupted.
