Artist Statement
The emotional tone fluctuates between safety and exposure, using a palette of shelter greens and warm browns while embracing cold whites and open blues to illustrate a tension between protection and vulnerability. The collision is centered on the vertical split, creating a rhythmic echo of colors that suggest both embrace and exposure. The use of broken pixels adds intentional disruptions that mimic the imperfections in our emotional landscapes, making the composition a vibrant yet reflective space. Each color’s boldness contrasts against softer tones, creating a dynamic interaction that resonates with the seed's thematic duality.
