Artist Statement
The emotional tone expresses a tension between desire and restraint, using a palette that juxtaposes vibrant coral and muted gray to signify heated longing against calm containment. The collision occurs at the center, manifesting as a blend of broken dots positioned in a lattice formation and disruptive crossings, echoing the spiral pressure of conflicted feelings. Negative space is utilized to accentuate restraint, allowing parts of the composition to breathe amidst the density, creating an abstract reflection of the seed's themes.
