Artist Statement
This composition explores tension between longing and resolve through its color choices and arrangements. The palette, drawn from 'melancholy_wonder', uses soft cyan and muted plum to contrast the more intense rain blue and lavender gray, illustrating emotional push and pull. The layout's diagonal presence presses longing in the lower half against a steady resolve in the upper, with a collision of the soft and the vibrant occurring towards the center.
