Artist Statement
This 8x8 composition reflects the emotional tension between control and surrender. The palette exhibits a balance of muted and warm tones found in the selected colors of moss green, bone white, rust, stone gray, and small gold. The central saturation of hues creates an overfilled effect, while the borders retreat into softer transitions, embodying containment.
