Artist Statement
This abstract composition explores the emotional tensions of nostalgia and progress through a color palette of black, dark violet, soft gold, and pale green. The dark colors symbolize the weight of nostalgia, while the lighter hues suggest hope and progress. The contrast is marked by clusters of soft gold that interrupt the darker backgrounds, creating a visual conflict reminiscent of emotional collision.
