Artist Statement
The emotional tone navigates the tension between trust and suspicion, utilizing a palette inspired by 'broken_memory' to evoke nostalgia and unease. The colors blend warm sepia tones with cool faded blues, creating a dance of quiet amid chaotic interruptions. Centered versus off-center contrast is achieved through an asymmetric layout that features dense clusters of muted colors on one side, while the other maintains a lighter, more open space. Broken pixels introduce imperfection, enhancing the emotional collision within the piece, suggesting the complexities of layered emotions and the rhythm of release.
