Artist Statement
The emotional tone balances between raw anger and gentle softness, reflected through a palette that contrasts saturated reds and muted blues. The grid features dense black islands, representing rage, breaking apart to reveal a calming pale blue flood, symbolizing tenderness. The main collision occurs in the center where rage's jagged edges disrupt the tranquility, allowing space for a fluctuating emotional flow from bottom to top. The layout, with its intentional negative spaces, echoes the leakage of feelings from a constricted center outwards, resonating with the seed's themes of conflict and release.
