Artist Statement
The emotional tone captures a dichotomy between panic and control. The color palette utilizes deep blacks to signify gravity and light pastels to illustrate fleeting moments of calm, creating a vivid contrast. The layout serves to split these two emotional states vertically, illustrating the pressure from one side and the release from the other. The confrontation between the black and pale blue reflects the tension of collisions, while the strategic placement of broken pixels evokes a sense of imperfection, enhancing the theme of emotional struggle and fragmentation.
