Artist Statement
The emotional tone blends the contrasts of softness and severity. The palette combines powder pink and warm white to introduce softness, while carbon black and sharp crimson introduce severity and tension. The soft, ash-like pattern of warmth is interrupted by colder, sharper sections, creating an echo of feelings. The major collision point occurs in the center, where dense clusters of deep hues confront quieter spaces of light, embodying the conflict between intensity and calm. This arrangement reflects the 'pulse marks' in a radial form, allowing for a dynamic interplay between the two emotions.
