Artist Statement
The emotional tone explores the interplay between relief and dread, symbolizing the struggle between containment and release. The palette blends soft mint and sky blues with storm gray and faded gold to reflect a calm contrasted against looming shadows. The main collision occurs at the center, where dense gray interrupts the soft colors, mirroring pressure giving way to freedom. The seed's concepts of spiral and jagged edges are expressed through swirling patterns of dark and light, emphasizing chaos giving way to structure, while broken pixels suggest imperfections that add depth to the narrative.
