Artist Statement
This abstract composition conveys the juxtaposition of fear and hope through a stark palette of deep blacks and soft golds with accents of pale green. A rising sense of hope emerges in the center, highlighted by a bright pixel against the surrounding darker maze-like patterns symbolizing fear. The layout is split vertically, with the left dominated by dark colors and jagged contrasts, while the right features more fluid and hopeful shapes, allowing the eye to transition from tension to release.
