Artist Statement
This piece conveys the emotional dance between loneliness and connection through a structured layout that juxtaposes calming dark tones and bright signals. The color palette embodies a spectrum from deep navy to stark white, representing the tension and release inherent in emotional collisions. The main focus is a central pattern of dim cyan rings, enveloped by darker colors that create a sense of pressure, echoing the dynamic interaction of emotions. A few broken pixels (imperfections) add to the feeling of disconnection while simultaneously inviting connection through their arrangement.
