Artist Statement
The emotional tone juxtaposes feelings of loneliness, represented by sparse single pixels and large negative spaces, against the warmth of connection through soft edges and overlapping colors. The palette, inspired by 'broken_memory', uses muted tones of sepia, tan, and faded blue to suggest fading connections, while small accents of faded blue and gray create moments of collision, suggesting fleeting interactions. The arrangement is intentionally left-weighted with an interruption pattern that both occupies and frees spaces, echoing the dual nature of memory—full yet hollow.
