Artist Statement
The emotional tone balances between the heaviness of pressure and the subtlety of quiet. The palette of off-white, dust gray, compressed red, dark navy, and faint peach reflects the contrast between soothing calm and intense weight. The left side features muted colors and soft threads representing quietness, while the right side is more saturated with jagged channels to express pressure. The collision occurs where both emotions meet in the center, creating a visual tension that subtly shifts from one state to another.
