Artist Statement
This artwork captures the emotional struggle between vitality and decay through contrasting colors. The palette of 'softness_severity' incorporates warm whites and sharp crimson as accent colors against a backdrop of warm grays and black, representing the ashen remnants of experience. The primary collision occurs in the center with a sharp crimson pixel, signifying a burst of life piercing through the muted hand of ash, illustrating a battle within memory and impulse.
