Artist Statement
This composition expresses the emotional tension between quiet and pressure. The palette of muted off-white and dusty gray with striking compressed red highlights reflects the contrast between calmness and intensity. The main collision occurs in the center, where dense, sharp red flames interrupt the soft, broken dot patterns surrounding it, creating an unsettling balance of compression and release. The edges are intentionally jagged, suggesting a shattering against the calm, embodying the seed's themes of conflict and clarity amidst confusion.
