Artist Statement
The emotional tone of awe versus terror is embodied through the contrasting palette of deep blacks and vibrant reds with cooler accents of pale blue and white, conveying tension yet also a sense of calm in startling waves. The layout utilizes a center seed design to evoke a feeling of a pivotal moment, where the pixels suggest movement upwards on the left and downwards on the right, creating a chaotic split-screen effect.
