Artist Statement
The emotional tone reflects a struggle between rage and calm, where the vibrant reds clash with the soothing pale blues, creating a sense of tension. The palette was carefully selected to highlight this contrast, with red symbolizing pressure and chaos, while pale blue suggests tranquility. The main collision occurs where the jagged red pixels intrude into the horizontal blue bands, reflecting the chaotic aspects of emotion breaking apart an otherwise calm surface. This arrangement portrays a spiral clockwise flow, echoing release amidst the discord.
