Artist Statement
The emotional tension between certainty and curiosity is expressed through a vibrant palette and dynamic spatial arrangement. The palette combines warm coral and soft amber for warmth and curiosity, while cold slate and blue-black provide a grounding, certain contrast. The dominant warm hues fill the top half (certainty), subtly blending into cooler spaces (curiosity) that penetrate from the edges, creating an unresolved interplay. Broken pixels add an intentional disruption, echoing the idea of rising signals against locked borders, leading to a visual narrative of tension in motion.
