Artist Statement
The emotional tone revolves around the tension between control and surrender, captured through a dominant central intensity surrounded by fragmented boundaries. The palette of clean white, ice blue, ink black, violet gray, and warning orange reflects clarity against confusion—where white signifies openness and surrender, while ink black grounds the center in control. The contrast happens at the center, echoing outwards with broken pixels to create a sense of pressure and eventual release, demonstrating an internal conflict expressed through an abstract weave of patterns.
