Artist Statement
This composition captures the emotional tug-of-war between panic and control within an empty space. The palette combines stark contrasts of black, pale blue, and white to evoke feelings of chaos versus calm. The colored pixels create a radial pattern on one side, suggesting an explosive sense of panic, while the other half is structured with sharp, deliberate spaces to embody control. The broken pixels add imperfection, mimicking the ways tensions fracture within our emotional landscapes.
