Artist Statement
This artwork embodies the tension between rage and calm through the juxtaposition of hot and cool colors. The palette consists of stark reds and deep blacks representing rage, contrasted against soft pale blues and whites symbolizing calm. The center features a chaotic collision where red glitches invade the serene blue space, reflecting the idea of emotional overflow versus containment. Broken pixels scatter across, adding intentional disarray and echoing themes of interruption and eroded symmetry derived from the seed. This layout pushes the viewer to feel the ongoing battle between these two emotions.
