Artist Statement
The emotional tone embodies a struggle between tenderness and rage, symbolized through the contrasting palette of soft pale blue against bold red and deep black. The pattern emerges as jagged edges of red disrupt the smooth transitions of blue, creating an argument grid layout where the center becomes the battleground of emotions. The use of broken pixels subtly infuses scars into the bold areas, signifying imperfections amidst strong feelings, while quiet fields dominate the outer edges for a sense of gentleness.
