Artist Statement
The emotional tone captures a struggle between the weight of pressure and the calming influence of quietude. The palette, featuring muted off-white and faint peach tones contrasted with dark navy and compressed red, embodies this duality. The main collision occurs through clusters of dense color at one edge representing pressure, while the softer tones gradually disperse across the square, reflecting quiet.
