Artist Statement
The emotional tone is rooted in the contrast between warmth and coolness, embodying the struggle between emptiness and desire. The selected palette of deep blacks juxtaposed with striking whites reflects this tension, while the cooler pale blue adds a subtle calm. The layout features an upward movement on the left half in deep hues representing desire, while the right side falls back into emptiness depicted with cooler shades, creating a collision of emotional states.
