Artist Statement
The emotional tone reflects a dance between containment and gentle release. The chosen palette symbolizes tension, where black and red evoke pressure, contrasted against pale blue and white, suggesting a soft surrender. The left side embodies control through structured negative cross patterns, while the right embraces a patchwork of colors, creating an ebbing flow. The main collision occurs in the center, where dense red and black collide with serene blue and white, mirroring the struggle between overwhelming control and peaceful release. The broken pixel elements intentionally disrupt the structure to echo imperfection and human touch.
