Artist Statement
This artwork translates the emotional tension between 'signal' and 'noise' through a careful selection of colors and patterns. The chosen color palette of vibrant signal green and electric blue juxtaposed with shades of dead black and static gray embodies the struggle between clarity and interference. The center of the piece serves as the main collision point, where the readable rhythm of the signal interacts dynamically with the chaotic tide of noise, creating a sense of disruption and flow. The layout divides the canvas and emphasizes one side as the 'signal', representing 65% of the space, while the 'noise' encroaches from the opposite side, showcasing a powerful interruption that resonates with the concept of exposure versus shelter.
