Artist Statement
The emotional tone conveys a struggle between panic and control, using a palette of electric blue, lime, magenta, and black to reflect stimulation and anxiety. The contrast between the structured stripes (control) and scattered dots (panic) creates a feeling of unease, where the inner chaos fights against the restraint of the surrounding order. The arrangement zigzags suggestively, leading the eye in a spiraled flow that mirrors the internal conflict present in the seed. The use of broken pixels adds an imperfect quality, encapsulating the theme of chaos versus order.
