Artist Statement
This composition reflects the tension between emptiness and desire, woven into a rhythmic flow from left (emptiness) to right (desire). The black and darker shades represent the absence and solitude of emptiness, while the vibrant electric blue and magenta symbolize the yearning and explosive nature of desire. The contrasting colors collide at the center, creating a dynamic interaction that evokes a mix of tension and hope. The broken pixels at the edges add an organic disruption, mirroring the complexities of human emotions in the context of longing and fulfillment.
