Artist Statement
The emotional tone reflects a struggle between vitality (spark) and heaviness (ash). The palette combines stark black and vibrant orange to symbolize this contrast, emphasizing moments of ignition amidst shadows. The main collision occurs at the center, where the orange 'spark' pattern flushes out against the more subdued gray 'ash' to create visual tension. The layout, influenced by 'pressure_corner', guides the eye from the dense core outwards, mirroring the tension between restraint and freedom, all encapsulated in the jagged edges that evoke both memory and erasure.
