Artist Statement
The emotional tone plays with the tension between fear and hope, represented through contrasting palettes of dark and light. The palette utilizes black and dark violet for fear, creating a jagged and maze-like structure, while soft gold and pale green emerge in frames that signify hope. The main collision occurs in the center where density of dark colors meets the lighter, hopeful accents, suggesting a stark juxtaposition of emotions.
