Artist Statement
This composition embodies the emotional contrast between restlessness and peace through a split vertical layout. The left side represents restlessness with sharp, darker tones and a rain-like, stuttered pattern, while the right side depicts peace with a ripple effect using softer, lighter hues. Main collisions occur at the center, where the darker colors meet the softer, creating a visual tension that echoes the seed's themes of motion and conflict. The selected palette of rose clay, cool blue, and distant lilac evokes intimacy and a sense of distance, reinforcing the duality of the emotional states.
