Artist Statement
The emotional tone captures the struggle between the firm structure of certainty and the unpredictable nature of curiosity. The chosen palette incorporates deep shelter green and warm browns to signify stability, contrasted with pale skin and cold white to invoke questions and disruption, creating a balance between density and openness. The main contrast occurs at the center, where dark colors collide with lighter hues, symbolizing the push and pull of tension. The seed 'ember' contributed to the warm color gradients and the idea of glowing light breaking through heaviness—in essence, a shared space of growth and uncertainty.
