Artist Statement
The emotional tone oscillates between awe and terror, captured through colors that evoke both warmth and coolness. The palette includes warm yellows and oranges juxtaposed with deep blues and muted purples, creating a dance of light and shadow. The composition derives from the 'falling_pixels' layout, where order descends on one side while chaos emerges from the other. This split evokes a feeling of instability, with broken pixels on the chaotic side representing fragmented memories, while the softer edges suggest fleeting moments of grace. The contrast peaks in the division between the structured warm tones and the tumultuous cool shades, creating a narrative of tension and eventual release.
