Artist Statement
This composition explores the tension between control and surrender. The dense cluster of dark violet at the bottom signifies pressure and control, while the gradual release into soft gold at the edges suggests a surrendering motion. The contained chaos in the center, represented by the stark black voids, captures the overflow of emotion, contrasting with the softened hues surrounding them, creating an oscillation between restraint and freedom. The chosen palette reflects the battle between hope (soft gold) and fear (dark violet), highlighting the emotional depth derived from the seed's narrative.
