Artist Statement
The emotional tone navigates the tension between safety and exposure. The palette of warm brown, shelter green, and open blue juxtaposes the safety of enclosure against the vulnerability of exposure. The contrast emerges prominently through a scattered arrangement, echoing the vertical split suggested by the seed. Soft barrier colors collide with bright accents, representing themes of pressure versus release as they interact.
