Artist Statement
The emotional tone navigates between tenderness and rage, suggesting a deeply personal conflict illustrated through color and pattern. The chosen palette of reds and blacks evokes intense feelings, amplified by pale blues which introduce a calming, yet contrasting element. The pixel organization features a split vertical layout where red 'floods' the left side in sharp, jagged patterns akin to waves, while softer blues and whites create a gentle, soft tide on the right side, symbolizing tenderness. The primary collision occurs in the center, where these opposing emotional elements interact and bleed into one another, creating a rich texture that echoes the complexity of the seed's themes.
