Artist Statement
This artwork explores the tension between confusion and clarity. The dark palette illustrates feelings of confusion, with blacks and navy suggesting depth and density. Higher contrast from lighter hues (dim cyan) emerges in the lower half, subtly shifting towards clarity. The two halves of the composition represent the split emotions, capturing a pulse-like rhythm alongside a broken symmetry concept, particularly with carefully placed 'broken pixels' that disrupt patterns, reinforcing the themes of interruption and noise.
