Artist Statement
The emotional tone oscillates between fear and hope, illustrated through a palette of dark and soft colors. The top half reflects fear with jagged edges and density in darker tones, while the bottom embodies hope with a brighter, more uplifting arrangement. The contrast between the saturated black and dark violet against the soft gold and pale green suggests a collision of despair meeting a hint of light—a visual narrative of struggle and potential release.
