Artist Statement
The emotional tone plays between the tension of longing and the solidity of resolve. The chosen palette combines warm coral and soft amber to evoke a sense of warmth and yearning, while cold slate and blue-black introduce a cooler, more resolved atmosphere. The main collision occurs strongly in the center with a gradient of intensified colors, where longing represents a warm frame and resolve is expressed through the structured pressure bands. This intersection creates a visually dynamic narrative: a push-pull between softness and firmness, warmth and coolness. The broken pixels scattered across the piece symbolize imperfections and disrupted flow of emotions, emphasizing the contrast between cohesive strength and fragmented desires.
